A campaign can be in pending status for a number of reasons. The different scenarios and their resolution are below.
- No funds – you need to apply a credit card payment via the My Account – Payment Info screen.
- Creatives not approved – our Account Management team must review all uploaded creatives in order to insure compliance with our terms. You will be notified after our review with next steps.
- Tracking not integrated – for CPI and CPE campaigns, we require certain information to ensure conversions are properly tracked and you are properly charged.
- Budget below minimum – we generally require a minimum $2500 minimum spend before running a campaign. To add funds to your account, go to My Account – Payment Info – Add Funds.

Once you have added funds, integrated the NativeX advertiser API or SDK, and tested your campaign integration, please contact NativeX through the “Help & Feedback” widget in the lower right corner of your account screen. We’ll need a screenshot of your successful campaign test, once we confirm everything on our end we’ll approve and launch your campaign!
